Who sends these messages

What we send

Message frequency varies. Verification codes arrive only when you request one; promotional messages are infrequent.

How you join this list

  1. By ticking the SMS box when you create your account.

    On the sign-up form at getrainmail.com/start, beside the field where you enter your mobile number, there is an unticked checkbox reading: “Text me account, service & promotional messages from Rainmail at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of signup.” The box is never ticked for you, and your account works exactly the same if you leave it empty.

  2. In your account settings, at any time.

    The same choice appears under Settings, where you can turn it on or off.

We never add a number from a purchased list or any third-party source. Your number reaches this list only because you gave it to us and ticked the box yourself.

What the messages look like

Rainmail: your verification code is 481920. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
Rainmail: your campaign to 1,240 contacts finished - 1,201 delivered. See the report at getrainmail.com/app. Reply STOP to opt out.

How to stop, and how to get help

STOPText any of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to stop receiving messages. We reply once to confirm, and then we do not text you again.
HELPText HELP, INFO and we reply with how to reach us.
STARTText START, YES, UNSTOP if you stopped and want to start again.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier charges you for messages under your own plan; we do not control those charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use everything we offer without ever agreeing to receive a text.

Your privacy

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Your number is used to send you the messages described on this page and nothing else.
