Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Rainmail subscriptions, operated by Doc Norrie Legacy Holdings, LLC.

1. Billing

Rainmail plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly, through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. Cancel anytime

You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@getrainmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Your service remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends.

3. Refunds

Because sending capacity and reputation work are provisioned for you up front, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not prorate partial months. If you were charged in error, or you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us within 14 days at support@getrainmail.com and we will review your case in good faith.

4. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend sending until the balance is paid. Accounts unpaid for an extended period may be closed.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
