Rainmail Partner Agreement

1. Who we are

The Rainmail Partner Program is operated by Doc Norrie Legacy Holdings, LLC (“Rainmail,” “we,” “us”). You (“Partner,” “you”) join as an independent promoter of Rainmail. There is no fee and no purchase to join — this is a referral program, not an investment, franchise, or paid business opportunity.

2. You are an independent contractor

You are not an employee, agent, or representative of Rainmail. You cannot sign contracts, make promises, or speak on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes.

3. What you do

You promote Rainmail using the referral link and the materials we provide, posting them on platforms and channels where you are allowed to post.

4. How you earn

• You earn 20% of the subscription revenue from customers you refer, every month for 12 months per customer.
• If you recruit other partners, you earn a 4% override on each customer that partners you directly recruit bring in — for 3 months on each customer (from that customer's first payment), one level only, never deeper (this is not a pyramid).
• Commissions are paid periodically to the payout details you provide, after our refund/chargeback window clears and above a small minimum payout.
• No income is guaranteed. What you earn depends entirely on your results.

5. Our materials belong to us

All content, copy, articles, videos, and designs we provide are Rainmail’s property, licensed to you only to post exactly as provided to promote Rainmail. Do not edit, alter, resell, or claim them as your own, and keep your referral link in every post.

6. The Rules — non-negotiable

You agree to:

• Post our materials exactly as created — never changed.
• Never spam — no bought lists, no mass unsolicited messages, no flooding.
• Stay decent — nothing offensive, hateful, deceptive, vulgar, political, or attacking.
• Reach the right people — those genuinely likely to want Rainmail.
• Tell the truth — only our real facts; never exaggerate or invent.
• Disclose that you earn a commission wherever the law requires it (e.g. FTC rules).
• Follow the law — all anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalents) and advertising laws that apply to you and your audience.

7. Do not misuse our name

You may not impersonate Rainmail, deceive anyone using our name, register domains or accounts pretending to be us, or send email as “@getrainmail.com” unless we have specifically issued you an address for that purpose.

8. We can remove you

We may suspend or remove any Partner at any time, especially for breaking these rules. If you violate the rules (spam, deception, offense, or altering our materials), you forfeit any unpaid commissions and your attribution stops.

9. We can change or end the program

We may change commission rates or terms, or end the program, with reasonable notice. Commissions already earned under the earlier terms will be honored.

10. Privacy & data

We handle your information under our Privacy Policy. You must handle any data you touch lawfully.

11. “As is,” limited liability

The program is provided “as is.” Rainmail is not liable for your lost profits or indirect damages; your only remedy is any unpaid commission you have properly earned.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
